Grades of Spondylolisthesis

The most common symptoms include low back pain which worsens when standing, bending, or during rotation, and neural involvement (pain, numbness etc.)

Surgery is indicated. Decompression of the neural elements and restoration of the spine’ s sagittal balance, are, of paramount importance.
